Do you allow dogs on the patio dining area??
Got seated right away and the food was excellent.
I have been eating here for years and continue to receive consistent high-quality food. Everyone is always super nice and they work hard to get everyone their food even when it’s super busy.
MoreThis was a delightful find. Great staff, wonderful atmosphere on the patio, in great shape for its age. Portions were a bit small.
MoreI had fries they were crunchy and delicious
Good food and friendly service! Even with the waitress being swamped she was courteous and kept us informed while we waited. The prime rib dip was delicious!
MoreDecent food, waitress all seemed unhappy but a few...customer service isn't what I'm used too but price was good and food was too.
MoreFriendly restaurant/cafe with table, booth and counterside seating.Breakfast menu was everything you expected, but when the food arrived...was a little bit more!Quick service; our waiter Logan was excellentv(and what a gorgeous smile)! And the dark haired busboy also, so quick and friendly and polite! Was $24 for 2 coffees, a breakfast of toast/potatoes/eggs/bacon and a breakfast of toast/potatoes/eggs
Morenormally it's really good today it was kind of off I don't know if it was a service or what but even the simple meals couldn't get made right.
MoreGood food. Good people. Home town pride all wrapped into one place.
This was the first time visiting Connie's Restaurant while visiting my brother in Sandpoint. The service was great, the breakfast fantastic, the best chicken fried steak I have ever tasted. The best coffee served, and they shared the brand they served. Very friendly people. A must visit. Thank you.
MoreHave been stopping there for over 50 years and still excellent!!!
Good food and good service
My husband and I had dinner here last night. The place was amazing. I had the liver and onions (which you NEVER see on a menu anymore) and it was fabulous. The food was great, the service was good and the place was spotless. We will definitely be back. There are many yummy sounding things on the menu we can’t wait to try.
MoreThe waitstaff does not check on you often enough if you're dining solo. I had to flag them down for soda refills after I'd already finished both water and soda halfway through the meal. Quality is not consistent from one visit to the next, either. The spaghetti was absolutely delicious the first time, but only so-so the second time. But the soups and salads are usually really good.
MoreConnie's Cafe was much bigger inside than I was expecting. It has both booths and tables. There is a bar in the back that is really cool, as well as outdoor seating. The sandwiches we had were great and the service was wonderful. I had a bloody Caesar and my mom had a long Island iced tea. Both were generous in size and fairly priced. We met the owner and he invited us to come back again for a tour of the restaurant and kitchen and meet the chef. Great experience!
MoreGreat meeting place, excellent food!
Rex Mex chicken egg rolls good & different. Fish tacos are ok too. Baja sauce good.
MoreService was terrible, it took forever for anyone to acknowledge us and take our order, and once our order was taken, we never saw our waitress again, we had to hunt her down to get our check. I had a patty melt, the meat looked like a TV dinner Salisbury steak and it tasted as bad as it looked. My husband had chicken fried steak and whatever meat they claimed to be steak wasn't, the gravy and his clam chowder tasted like paste. Terrible food and terrible service, will never go back.
MoreWonderful place for breakfast and lunch and dinner.
The fried chicken was 16$, was a bit dry and the batter was just blasted by the frier, was closer to tree bark than fried. 3 stars though because the service was fantastic as always and the
MoreHard to beat Connie's outside seating under an Oak tree on a Sandpoint summer morning. Authentic, classic. Imagine it pairs well with a Hwy 2 road trip across Idaho and Montana. I like my Connie's after a morning run or a night of debauchery. Enjoy!
MoreReally good food here! A large menu with all three meals featured. So easy to find your favorite. The service was warm and friendly.Covered outdoor seating is available during the warmer season. Also has a full bar.
MoreGreat food and wonderful service
When staffed by teens: Slow service (20 minutes to take our order), wrong food served (didn't listen when we ordered), food was undercooked (took it back and came out the same), and over priced for what we got. You fooled me twice Connie, shame on me. Never again.
MoreThe service and food was delicious will be back soon
We kind of found this place by accident and it was a pleasant surprise the food was good the prices were reasonable it took a little while longer then I would like but they were quick to apologize. It was a little bit cold inside other than that not bad.
MoreCoffee and food is always good. A dependable dining experience.
This place will fill you up at a good price. They have pretty fast service as well along with a variety of stuff on their menu. Spanish omelette is my go to for breakfast.
MoreHad a wonderful omelet for breakfast. My server was fastastic, kitchen quick, portions were large and price reasonable.I will definitely stop in again next time I'm in town.
MoreGreat Sandpoint Classic Restaurant, and Prayers have been answerred, Dave is back! It's back under the old ownership that made this restaurant, coffee shop and Bar( in back) a great Sandpoint stop, Breakfast menu is large and the food quality and presentation is top notch, lunch and dinner have the typical cafe/diner items plus more including new bar menu with new options, like poutine, blackened ahi tuna tacos, also daily dinner specials, and don't forget taco Wednesday , menus pictured are missing the appetizer flap, which includes the usual and a great sampler plate.
MoreGreat old time establishment. Great Diner food and a nice bar. Love grabbing breakfast here.
MoreOmelette was delicious. Service was great. Thank you Ericka
Two people dinning when we went in. Waited to be acknowledged for a couple minutes. Lemon seed left on table. Bathroom was so dirty my partner washed his hands twice. Food was ok, not impressive. Server did ask if food was good but never came back to offer beverage refill ( we had soda, not cocktails).
MoreWonderful selection, food, and service!!!
It is a good local restaurant. I caught it on a good day! Food was decent drinks are good. The bar is nice. It is a good family restaurant, however there are better restaurants in sandpoint Idaho to explore!
MoreTook 20 minutes to be acknowledged then another 45 minutes for our food. It was terrible after that, hamburger was raw, fish was tough and burnt. Never got silverware, never got napkins. Never got acknowledged again after we got our food. Very disappointing!!!
MoreI appreciate how great the staff is. They are really nice and we had great service. The food was good but not great and the kids mac and cheese looked like it came out of a box. Will come back and try breakfast food.
MoreThis is it I thought it was me but after being sick three times after eating there I will not eat there again who ever is cooking should have to explain for their messed up serving everyone I eat with us fine except me absolutely a question is like to ask the cook myself. Or better yet forget supporting connies I will not eat here again
MoreGood food in this diner type setting. Luv Sandpoint ID
Connie's has been a Sandpoint staple forever. It goes through good times and not so good times...last night was a not so good time unfortunately. Food took forever and came out overcooked. Our server tried her best with how busy things were, so can't fault her for anything. Okay place for the price, but not going to run back anytime soon.
MoreAlways had a warm welcome and great customer service. Delicious food. However not a fan of the bars recipe for a bloody Mary (tastes like cheap vodka and a Clamato and half of it water.) Other than that absolutely love it and a great chill spot in the bar.
MoreVery good breakfast! Big portions - I had the small portion Rick's Special and was stuffed. Excellent service, though our food took a long time to come out - Sunday morning is busy! Kids loved their waffles, and the pepper bacon and patty sausages were delicious. Connie's is a Sandpoint institution!
MoreGreat Eggs Benedict! 🤤🍳
Local diner, good variety on menu, full cocktail bar. Southwest Eggrolls are amazing. If you have a hang over going to Connie's for a breakfast of bloody Mary's will fix that.
MoreThe waitress seems to think they close at 7:45 but the sign on the door says 9:00pm. In her defense, it was a analog clock, and she was a millennial so theres likely some conflict there..
MoreDon’t Waste your money!! They have the worst 10oz coffee for almost $3 (you can get a personalized pour over made exactly how you want at Starbucks for less than that) plus we sent back our eggs twice because they weren’t cooked! and they gave us the same ones and made ya feel like we ordered them wrong! No you people just don’t know how to cook! If I could give a 0 or -# I would!
MoreIn Sandpoint, Connie’s is the place to eat. I’ve been here twice and both times the service, food, and atmosphere were great. Eat at Connie’s—yum!
MoreAlways good food and good staff.
Excellent service and a really nice menu with something for everyone!
Awesome classic American diner experience. The restaurant opened in 1955 and carries a long with it the charming the era. Great food and excellent portions, come hungry. Delicious pancakes and I quite enjoyed the chili omelette!
